Houston Police Searching for Missing Texas A&M Graduate Sydney Marquez, 24

 Authorities in Houston are urgently searching for Sydney Marquez, a 24-year-old Texas A&M University graduate who has been missing since December 11, 2025, according to the Houston Police Department. Officials say there is growing concern for her safety as efforts to locate her continue.


Marquez was last seen in the 9100 block of Bellaire Boulevard in Houston. Family members reported that she traveled from El Paso to Houston to meet a friend but later lost contact. Her vehicle was subsequently found unattended in the Bellaire area, raising further concern about her well-being.

According to the Houston Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit, Marquez is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. At the time she was last seen, she was reportedly wearing a gray hoodie, beige shirt, gray pants, and white tennis shoes.

Marquez graduated from Texas A&M University in 2023, and family members say her disappearance is completely out of character. Loved ones have been actively sharing her information in hopes of generating tips that could help bring her home safely.
