Tyler Woman, 44, Dies After Being Struck by Vehicle on East Gentry Parkway
The Tyler Police Department has identified the woman who died after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday on the 1400 block of East Gentry Parkway as 44-year-old Lindsey Null.
Officers responded to reports of the pedestrian crash and began an immediate investigation. Preliminary findings indicate Null was not crossing at a marked crosswalk when she was hit. She was transported to a local hospital but later died from her injuries.
The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. The driver was also treated at a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Police confirmed that no charges are pending at this time. Investigators continue reviewing evidence, witness statements, and roadway conditions as part of the ongoing investigation.
