Police and other agencies arrived at the mall after getting notification about an individual who had fallen from a balcony on the third floor. Responders reached the location and found the man not breathing. He was pronounced deceased shortly thereafter.
After the event, mall management implemented an immediate lockdown as law enforcement secured the vicinity and commenced their inquiry. The lockdown was lifted when it was confirmed that there was no continuing danger to the public.
