Richard Coverdale Columbus, Ohio Car Accident: Richard Coverdale, 33, Loses Life in Rollover Collision in West Columbus

 The Columbus community is grieving the death of Richard Coverdale, aged 33, who passed away as a result of a severe single-vehicle accident on Wednesday evening.


As reported by law enforcement officials, the incident took place at approximately 9:53 p.m. on Roberts Road, close to Old Roberts Road. Coverdale was operating a Jeep Grand Cherokee in an easterly direction when he veered off the south edge of the road and collided with a guardrail. The collision sent the Jeep into the air, which then landed and rolled over several times. Coverdale was thrown from the vehicle and landed on the grass.

First responders took him to Riverside Hospital in a critical state. Despite the medical team's efforts, Coverdale was declared dead at 2:17 a.m. on Thursday.
