Kali Crushell West Harris Car Incident; FedEx Delivery Vehicle Operator, Proprietor/Photographer at Kali’s Photography, and Baker and Cake Decorator at Kwestbaking Passes Away in Collision on Thanksgiving Eve

On the evening of Wednesday, November 26, 2025, a life brimming with affection, compassion, and hopeful aspirations was heartbreakingly ended. Kali Crushell West Harris, a 27-year-old mother of four, tragically lost her life in a devastating collision on Interstate 24 East in Marion County, Tennessee.

Who She Was

Kali represented more than just a name in the news — she was a dedicated mother whose existence centered around her four kids. Her friends characterized her as a person who “brightened up any space she entered.” She embraced various roles: a baker, a cake designer at “Kwestbaking,” a photographer for “Kali’s Photography,” and during the holiday season, she returned to her position at FedEx, aiming to create a magical Christmas for her children.

Her aspirations were simple yet beautiful: to provide her children with everything she never experienced, to fill their lives with warmth, laughter, treats, and love. She wished to offer them small delights — an Xbox for some and a large dollhouse for another — as she believed in cherishing every moment.

The Tragedy

As per reports from investigators, Kali was the only person in the vehicle when it veered off course, hit a guardrail, and rolled over close to mile marker 159 on I-24 East. The accident led to eastbound traffic being rerouted at Exit 158 while the authorities managed the scene.

In that moment, a mother, a dreamer, a giver — someone whose primary goal was to nurture her children — was removed from this life. Her aspirations, her holiday hopes for her children, her generous spirit, all came to an end far too early.

A Community Mourns

The news of Kali’s death led to an overwhelming outpouring of sorrow from friends, neighbors, and members of the community. One friend expressed:

“She was incredibly kind and brightened up any room she was in!”

Many remember her welcoming nature, her generosity, and the joy she spread while baking cakes or providing her photography talent. Her warmth and skills made an impact on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

To Her Children & Family — Our Hearts Are With You

To her four beloved children — and to her sorrowing family, including her mother Jennifer Goodson Webber — we cannot fathom the depth of your grief. Kali dedicated her life to loving you and dreaming of brighter days. Although she is no longer here, the love she invested in you will endure forever.

May you draw strength from one another, finding solace in the memories she created. May you honor her legacy by holding onto her dreams and keeping her spirit alive through the love you share with one another.

A Life Remembered

Kali Crushell West Harris may have departed from this world too soon — but she leaves a legacy rooted in love, resilience, and hopes for a brighter future. She was not just a statistic. She was a mother, a friend, a dreamer. She embodied a heart filled with light.

Rest in peace, Kali. Your absence will be deeply felt — and you will be cherished and remembered by everyone who had the privilege to know and love you.
