Authorities are looking into the shooting murder of 21-year-old Quaylyn Carter from Monroeville, who was discovered unresponsive in a vehicle in Wilkinsburg on the morning of Tuesday, November 4, 2025. At around 7:36 a.m., police responded to the 1600 block of Penn Avenue after receiving information about a person in distress. When they arrived, officers found Carter inside the car, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. He was declared dead at the scene.
