Authorities say that following reports of a shooting, police from the San Angelo Police Department were sent approximately 8:44 p.m. to the 1900 block of Raney Street at the Windmill Apartments. Upon arrival, officers arrested a 19-year-old guy, identified as Norberto Gonzales, without event. Officers discovered Jordan inside the flat with a gunshot wound. Shannon Emergency Room got him hurried to get him, and hospital personnel thereafter declared him dead.
Preliminary results show the incident happened as a handgun was being carelessly managed inside the home, leading in a deadly discharge. Authorities have said the probe is still going on and that Norberto Gonzales has been taken and charged with manslaughter in relation to Jordan's death.
