 SPRING GROVE, PA — The York County Coroner’s Office has identified the victims of a tragic murder‑suicide at the Spring Hollow Apartments as Leticia Velez, 32, and Tyrelle Dwayne Manley Jr., 33.

According to officials, York County Regional Police responded to reports of a shooting around 3:15 p.m. on January 31 in the first block of East 3rd Avenue. Officers discovered both Velez and Manley deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. The coroner’s office arrived shortly before 4:15 p.m. and confirmed the deaths at the scene.

Autopsies conducted Tuesday at Lehigh Valley Hospital determined the causes of death, though authorities said the manner remains under investigation. Both victims were residents of Spring Grove Borough.
