 BEAUMONT, TX — Police have identified 18‑year‑old Charles Siggers as a suspect in a fatal shooting that left one man dead Friday night in a wrecked vehicle on Woodrow Avenue. Officers were dispatched around 8:37 p.m. to the 500 block of Woodrow Avenue near Highland Avenue after reports of a shooting victim. Upon arrival, they discovered a man known locally as Og Rudy deceased inside a crashed vehicle. Detectives determined he died from apparent gunshot wounds.
