The Mankato community is grieving the sudden loss of Mitch Allore, a cherished spouse, father, and business owner who died suddenly on Monday, January 26, 2026. His family, friends, coworkers, and many people in the larger southern Minnesota region have been profoundly upset by the news of his passing.
Mitch founded and expanded Allore's Custom Lawn & Landscape, a company that mixes his professional knowledge with a love of giving back to the local community, beginning in 2013. He is the proud owner. He came to be renowned for his great work ethic, personal integrity, and dedication to excellence in service via his efforts.
Mitch, a University of Minnesota-Crookston graduate with a degree in Turf and Turfgrass Management, also worked in the health and wellness sector and served as an auction expert. His participation in professional and social circles showed his commitment to mentoring, leadership, and helping others.
Mitch was not only driven at work but also in life generally. He was athletic all his life; he was a college team captain and then he became a coach and a big cheerleader for kids' sports. As a father and husband, he approached his roles with that same vigor, encouragement, and enthusiasm.
Surviving him are his adoring wife Lindsey and their three kids, Jayna, Maddux, and Harrison. Mitch's young son, Jett, died before him. Many think Mitch is now at peace with him. He leaves behind as well his parents, Kim and Gus Allore, and a large group of friends and locals who will always treasure his memory.
Family members, medical professionals, or police officers have not yet publicly verified official information on the cause or conditions of Mitch's death; internet sources pointing to an accident are now unsubstantiated and should be viewed with caution till authorized information is released.
Information on memorial or funeral services is not yet known to the general public; the family has asked for privacy at this trying time as they grieve and make plans.
Mitch Allore will be remembered for the good he did on the lives of so many, his generosity, and his unwavering commitment to family and community. Everyone who knew him will carry on his legacy of charity and service.
