According to the Murfreesboro Police Department (MPD), the suspect, identified as Tyler Butcher, was taken into custody late Friday, December 5, after detectives responded to a disturbing report originating from the hospital.

He was transported to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center, where he is currently being held on a $14,000 bond.
