Law enforcement officials reported the shooting happened shortly after four in the afternoon, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere as frightened witnesses rushed for safety and desperately dialed 911.

Upon arrival of the police, they discovered two individuals—identified as Taylor Longshaw and 25-year-old Selena Eubank—unresponsive at the scene.
