Natchez Residents Mourn as DUI Inquiry Proceeds in Accident That Claimed the Life of Mike Pennington

 Police have reported that 37-year-old Jonathan Cook from Natchez has been arrested on a DUI charge following an unfortunate accident that resulted in the death of Mike Pennington. Investigators indicate that Cook declined to undergo any roadside

Authorities escorted him to Merit Health Natchez, where medical personnel obtained a blood sample that has now been forwarded to the Mississippi State Crime Lab for examination.
