Natchez Residents Mourn as DUI Inquiry Proceeds in Accident That Claimed the Life of Mike Pennington

 Police have reported that 37-year-old Jonathan Cook from Natchez has been arrested on a DUI charge following an unfortunate accident that resulted in the death of Mike Pennington. Investigators indicate that Cook declined to undergo any roadside
