GREENVILLE, MS — Authorities in Greenville are looking into a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 35-year-old Darnell King late Monday evening. The event took place around 11 p.m. on November 3 in the 400 block of North Edison Street, leading to a rapid response from the Greenville Police Department.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered a man who had sustained several gunshot injuries. Despite the immediate interventions by Pafford emergency responders and the assistance of the Washington County Coroner's Office, Mr. King was declared dead at the scene.
