We commemorate and honor a life lost following a fatal early morning accident in Union Township, Ohio, which has left a family and community in grief with heavy hearts. Early Saturday in Warren County, the collision tragically killed Corey Graham, 48, of South Lebanon, and also included Regina Lovely, 39, and Amberley Lovely, 35, both of South Lebanon.
According to a statement from the Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 1:49 a.m. on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road west of State Route 48. Traveling east, a 2020 GMC Sierra driven by Corey Graham and carrying Regina Lovely and Amberley Lovely went off the right side of the road and collided with several trees.
Arrived quickly on the scene were emergency responders. Corey Graham was brought to Mercy Health–Kings Mills Hospital, where he was unfortunately declared dead. Though undoubtedly upset by the horrific events of that morning, Regina Lovely and Amberley Lovely were said to be unhurt and survived the collision.
Today we stop not only to recognize the conditions of this tragic tragedy but also to celebrate the life of Corey Graham. More than a name in a report, he was a deeply cherished, important person whose daily absence will be sorely missed by those who knew him. His untimely death is a terrible reminder of how tenuous life is and how swiftly everything can change.
Corey's death leaves behind unanswered questions, deep sadness, and a silence words cannot fully convey. As they start the challenging mourning and healing path, our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and loved ones. As they heal emotionally from this terrible event, we also remember Regina Lovely and Amberley Lovely.
The crash's response involved several organizations, including the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Union Township Fire Department, Deerfield Township Fire Department, Warren County Sheriff's Office, Hamilton Township Police Department, and Case Towing. Their fast response early in the morning is valued and acknowledged.
