As reported by the Omaha Police Department, law enforcement was called to the scene shortly after 4:15 p.m. on Sunday due to an incident close to Meadow Drive and 91st Avenue. Initial findings suggest that a westward-moving 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee left the road, colliding with a light pole and a tree. Emergency responders administered CPR to Meneely at the location before he was transported to a medical facility with critical injuries. He unfortunately passed away due to his injuries the next day.
