According to investigators, Jasmine Agan was behind the wheel of a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse, with Thomas Agan accompanying her as a passenger. Their vehicle collided head-on with a 2003 Ford Explorer driven by a 16-year-old individual from Cedar Bluff.

Authorities have verified that neither Thomas nor Jasmine was restrained by seat belts during the accident. They both suffered severe injuries and were declared deceased due to the collision, leaving their family and friends heartbroken by the unexpected loss.

The teenage operator of the Ford Explorer sustained injuries in the accident and was transported via air to a nearby hospital for treatment. The specifics of the injuries have not yet been disclosed.
