Six-year-old Hudson O'Loughlin was hit and run in Pacific Beach, San Diego after Tiffany Sanchez, 32-year-old woman driver, ran over him twice and fled the scene leaving him for dead.Driver has not yet been charged.

 Only to temporarily stop her car and strike the youngster a second time before running from the scene and leaving him for dead, a female driver in California is charged with hitting a six-year-old boy riding his bicycle.

Riding his bike on the sidewalk at the 4000 block of Ingraham Street with his father in Pacific Beach, a San Diego neighborhood, on Saturday about 3.45pm, Hudson Stephen O'Loughlin was hit by 32-year-old driver Tiffany Sanchez the San Diego Police Department stated in a release.

Authorities said Sanchez, who was turning when she hit the boy, stopped her car for a few of seconds before speeding off and hitting him again.

According to CBS8, David Morrow, who was driving behind the woman at the time and saw the hit and run, remembered seeing the female driver 'cut right into the alley before running Hudson over twice.

'Like, both wheels ran over the child.Ten seconds or so she stood right in front.Morrow more informed the outlet, "That's when I pulled behind her and obtained her driver's license number, and then she vanished."

He pointed out that someone who might have been a paramedic jumped in to assist Hudson.

Morrow of the child said, "He got up at first and was standing there all in pain, then they laid him down and stopped breathing right in front of me."'It was depressing; I then left.'

He was six years old only.Speaking to 10 News, Matthew O'Laughlin, the father of the juvenile victim Hudson O'Loughlin, remarked, "He was simply taken away; he never got to accomplish anything with his life.

The 6-year-old was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead shortly afterwards.
