A suspect has been apprehended by authorities in relation to a triple homicide that occurred outside a banquet hall early on Saturday morning in Temple Hills.
The individual, 39-year-old Antonio Lancaster from Landover, is facing a range of charges, including both first- and second-degree murder, linked to the death of 27-year-old Ronez Proctor from Waldorf. Additionally, two other individuals were fatally shot during the event: 33-year-old Pierre Davis and 26-year-old Kevon Medley Williams, both hailing from Washington, D.C. Initial investigations suggest that Davis and Medley Williams exchanged gunfire in the parking lot, resulting in both of them sustaining fatal injuries.

The incident took place around 2:10 a.m. on January 3, 2026, on St. Barnabas Road in the 4300 block. Officers arriving at the scene found the three individuals shot outside the banquet hall. The Homicide Unit of Prince George’s County Police has initiated a thorough investigation, which includes conducting interviews, reviewing surveillance footage, and performing ballistic examinations.
Authorities report that Lancaster was in the parking lot alongside Davis, with both individuals carrying firearms. The exact reasons are still being determined, but Lancaster is said to have fired shots at Proctor and Medley Williams, who were also at the location. Following the initial gunfire, Davis and Medley Williams began firing at each other. Lancaster then exited the scene.
With help from the U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force, law enforcement was able to find Lancaster in Fairfax County, Virginia, where he was arrested and taken to the Fairfax County Police Department. He is currently being held in Virginia while awaiting extradition to Prince George’s County.
Initial findings indicate that Lancaster had some level of acquaintance with the victims, but detectives are still uncovering the motive behind the shooting.
