In his role as President of the Kintz Group, Tim dedicated himself to cultivating outstanding sales teams, enabling dealerships to reach their utmost capabilities, and mentoring numerous individuals fortunate enough to learn from him.

His enthusiasm, knowledge, and character established him as a major figure in his profession, earning respect and admiration from peers, clients, and friends. Prior to his leadership at Kintz Group, Tim refined his abilities and imparted his expertise as a trainer at Joe Verde Sales & Management Training, Inc., motivating others with his vigor, insight, and commitment.

He pursued his education at California Baptist University and Scottsdale Community College, acquiring the understanding that later influenced his progressive methods in leadership and training.

Despite his numerous achievements, Tim remained humble and was proud of his origins, always recalling the important lessons from his time at Francis Howell High School and the community that shaped his formative years.

Tim's existence encompassed much more than his professional successes. Primarily, he was a dedicated husband to Kristi and a caring father to his children, Maddyn and Cooper.

Family was the focal point of Tim's life. Whether he was supporting his kids at sporting events, providing advice during pitching sessions, cheering at volleyball competitions, or being present for every educational milestone, he participated fully and without reserve.

Tim’s steadfast love, patience, and guidance established a bedrock of trust and motivation for his family, helping to mold them into the extraordinary individuals they are now.
