Riley was in the process of executing a left turn onto the highway when a Toyota Sienna collided with his vehicle. The collision was catastrophic. Despite the swift action of emergency responders, Riley was declared dead at the location. His young passenger was airlifted to a medical facility for urgent treatment. Fortunately, the people in the Toyota only sustained minor injuries, yet the emotional repercussions of this incident are significant and widespread.
