In the stillness of early Saturday morning, a tragedy occurred at a residence on the 500 block of Miles Avenue, leaving family, friends, and neighbors in shock and grief over the loss of someone deeply valued.

Around 2:10 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the home after alerts of a crisis. Upon their arrival, they found Rebecca on the living room floor, struggling with several stab wounds as well as a gunshot injury. Despite the quick response from emergency personnel, their efforts were futile. She was declared dead at 2:31 a.m. by the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office.
