Greenville law enforcement is probing the questionable death of a female found within a home in the Moyewood area on Saturday evening.
At around 7:14 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025, police officials were dispatched for a wellness check at 1802 West Third Street. With help from the residence's management, officers accessed the property and discovered Dessie Mae Williams, aged 76. She was declared deceased at the location.
Items found at the site prompted immediate worry, leading investigators to classify the conditions of her death as suspect. An autopsy will reveal the official cause and manner of death.
