For over twenty years, Bradley worked as a Server Administrator at the Iowa Department of Management, starting in 2002. His coworkers recall him as dependable, insightful, and always willing to assist.

His professional demeanor was complemented by his friendly attitude, fostering many enduring friendships throughout his life. Yet, beyond his job, Bradley's genuine passion lay in music.

As a talented drummer, he played for many years at local venues, and from 2021 until his death, he performed at the Lutheran Church of Hope. To him, drumming was not just about keeping time; it was a means through which he communicated joy, vitality, and connection.

Friends and fellow musicians reminisced warmly about his essence. The members of Mike Moody and The Outlaws expressed, “Everyone at Mike Moody and The Outlaws was deeply saddened to learn of our good friend Bradley Richman's passing. He was an amazing drummer and an incredibly cool person. He will be sorely missed.”
