Kennarius Roshawn McBride Killed in Shooting at Waynesboro Sunoco; Jalen Floyd Cox Arrested as Suspect

 The Waynesboro community is grieving the heartbreaking death of Kennarius Roshawn McBride, who passed away on Thursday, November 13, after being shot at the Sunoco gas station located on E. 7th Street. Officials from the Burke County Sheriff’s Office and Waynesboro Police Department arrived at the location around noon. McBride was taken to Burke Medical Center, where he ultimately lost his life due to his wounds.
