The Seale community is deeply saddened by the tragic passing of Amy Rose, aged 42, who lost her life in a motorcycle-dirt bike accident on Tarver Road on the evening of November 17, 2025. Loved by many as a devoted wife, friend, and valued member of the community, Amy leaves behind a grieving family and friends she positively impacted in numerous ways.
At the time of the incident, Amy was a passenger on a motorcycle operated by her husband. Following the accident, she was taken to Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown Campus via ambulance, where, despite extensive medical efforts, she was declared dead. Her husband, the motorcyclist, suffered minor injuries in the crash. Subsequently, Amy’s remains were sent to the Alabama Department of Forensic Science in Montgomery for an autopsy, while the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the event.
Amy exemplified love, kindness, and dedication throughout her life. She was a nurturing partner, a steadfast friend, and a beacon of happiness for everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her cheerful smile, generous spirit, and inviting presence illuminated every space she occupied. Those who had the privilege of knowing Amy recall her as compassionate, self-sacrificing, and always ready to give.
In the aftermath of this sorrowful event, her family and friends are uniting to celebrate her life, cherish her memory, and provide support to one another as they navigate their grief.
