As reported by the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office, the deadly accident happened at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the 5100 block of Milton Bear Branch Road close to Dillsboro, Indiana. Vernon was operating a passenger vehicle when it collided with a combine that was traveling in the opposite direction.
