The incident, which took place at approximately 3:35 a.m. on Nichols Avenue, resulted in the death of the 18-year-old who had a future filled with aspirations, objectives, and the expectation of a promising tomorrow.

According to law enforcement, Ryan was among five young individuals aged between sixteen and twenty-four, hailing from Stratford and the nearby area of Bridgeport, who were inside the vehicle. Reportedly, the car lost control before crashing into a tree during the early morning hours, creating a scene that first responders described as “heart-wrenching.” Three passengers suffered minor injuries, while one remains in critical condition. Unfortunately, despite efforts to save him, Ryan was declared dead at the scene.
