Tracey J. Land, a 52-year-old delivery driver, was discovered deceased after suffering stab wounds and beating hours prior to a second victim arriving for work at the restaurant.

According to officials, the suspect, Darryl Lee Jr., 19, allegedly entered the restaurant unlawfully before dawn. Investigators indicate that he assaulted Land inside, resulting in the delivery driver's life-threatening injuries. At approximately 5 a.m., a 20-year-old maintenance employee and his mother arrived at the establishment.
