Lancaster County emergency dispatch reported that at around two in the morning on Sunday, first responders were dispatched to the 1800 block of Landis Road in East Donegal Township following reports of a significant collision. Rescuers discovered a single, severely damaged automobile that had fallen off the road. Joey Williams, the driver, was pronounced dead at the site.
