Obituary and Cause of Death for Clarisse Miranda Taunton of Massachusetts: A Treasured Cape Verdean Woman Has Passed Away

 Born on October 5, 1971, and passing away on September 26, 2025, Clarisse Miranda, often known as “Licha,” left behind a unique legacy of love, compassion, and tenacity that touched the lives of many people.

Licha dedicated her career to the banking industry, first with a credit union on Brockton's Legion Parkway and then working at other nearby financial organizations. She most recently made a big impact at BayCoast Bank, where she was praised for her professionalism, kind smile, and ability to make each customer feel important and cared for. Her profession was more than just a job; it was an expression of her commitment to her community.

Licha was incredibly happy in her duties as a proud grandmother and mother to two sons. Always there for her family, she was a loyal sister, a cherished daughter, and a loving wife. Adopting the revered Cape Verdean ideals of faith, family, and unity appeared to direct her life and inspire others around her.

Those who came into contact with her were blessed by her calm disposition, wise observations, and deep empathy. She loved her nieces and nephews, supported her siblings without reservation, and treated everyone she came into contact with with dignity and love.

The Cape Verdean community is left with a great void following Licha's departure, yet her spirit endures as a constant source of inspiration and consolation.
