Obituary and Cause of Death for Anapuni Coleman: Anapuni Coleman, a chiropractor, died suddenly in Honolulu, Hawaii

Dr. Anapuni Coleman, a distinguished chiropractor and the owner of Nu‘uanu Chiropractic Clinic, died in a sad accident, leaving the medical and chiropractic communities of Hawai‘i in mourning. Known as the best chiropractor in Hawai‘i, Dr. Coleman spent more than 20 years of his life treating, assisting people, and making sure his patients were healthy. Coleman, Anapuni.

Dr. Coleman grew raised in Honolulu and was a proud graduate of McKinley High School. When he was a teenager and unable to get out of bed one morning because of a series of sports-related illnesses, he began his journey with chiropractic care. He saw a chiropractor after the doctors suggested surgery. After only one adjustment, he felt immediate relief, which ignited a lifelong enthusiasm for chiropractic care.

In 1998, Dr. Coleman earned his doctor of chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, where he was inspired by his own recuperation as well as the massage and bodywork traditions passed down from his father. He returned to Hawai‘i shortly after to begin helping the community that had shaped him.

Throughout his tenure, Dr. Coleman built a solid reputation for offering compassionate, tailored care. They remember him for his humane methods, deep understanding of the human body, and relentless commitment to improving his patients' quality of life. His dedication extended beyond his clinic; his love for his community was evident in the way he treated each patient as though they were members of his family.

Dr. Coleman's passing has left a profound void in the hearts of his patients, friends, family, and the larger chiropractic community in Hawaii. His legacy will be demonstrated by the lives he touched and the continued work of those he inspired.

Coleman's untimely death last night saddened his family. He was a devoted parent to his four kids.
