Edis Miller was a dazzling soul, with a radiance and enthusiasm that no one else could match. If you were lucky enough to know her, you know that her grin could light up any room, and her presence made you feel instantly acknowledged and cherished. It is hard to think that only a few days ago, she was here, laughing, embracing, and filling the world with love. To say we are heartbroken is insufficient. There are no words that can completely express this agony.
Justin Hall, too, was a treasured friend, admired for his character, kindness, and the way he supported people around him. He was consistent, warm, and left an impression on everyone who crossed his path. His loss, like Edis', has left a void in our hearts that nothing can heal. This is more than a tragedy; it is a wound that will require time, love, and a strong community to heal.
Our friend group has experienced a double tragedy, and we are all still in disbelief. The tears will not stop, and the sadness is unbearable. Every second brings new waves of disbelief.
